Will you help me in my transition from my previous host to MediaLayer?
Yes, we offer free assistance in moving your account(s) over. Simply submit a ticket in myLayer or send an e-mail to support@medialayer.com (after you signup) and we'll get it taken care of ASAP!
What control panel do you use?
We utilize an instance of DirectAdmin, with a custom skin, on each application hosting service.
What data center do you use?
We have relationships with a plethora of data centers across the U.S. (with plans for expansion to Europe to follow). You can find more information on our data center page. Newly registered accounts are provisioned in ORD1 (Arlington Heights, IL). If you require the use of another facility, please contact our sales department.
How long does account setup take?
We allow between 12 and 24 hours due to manual fraud verification. However, actual setup time is often much less than this.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, PayPal is our preferred method of payment at this time.
Do you offer 24x7x365 support?
Yes - we also offer an emergency paging system for all clients.
