Since its inception, MediaLayer has taken pride in offering 24x7x365 support with absolutely no exceptions. We always have someone around; in fact, we provide access to an emergency paging system to all customers! Any new high-priority tickets entered into our helpdesk (support.medialayer.com), will automatically page a technician. In addition, a specific support-only e-mail address will be provided to all customers. This e-mail address will also provide customers with the ability to page a technician from anywhere in the world!

Community Forums
At MediaLayer, we utilize our community forums as a primary means of communicating outage updates. Because our forums are hosted offsite, they will be available even in the event of an outage. We encourage all customers to join the forums and check periodically for not only server status and maintenance, but also for company-related announcements.
